Shipping costs & delivery conditions

Germany

Delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days after order processing. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following working day.

International

The shipping costs are listed below. For orders over 150 € we deliver free of shipping costs to the countries listed.

This applies after deduction of codes and discounts. The delivery times depend on the respective national conditions.

Import taxes, customs duties and charges may be levied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the country of destination. For further information, please contact your local customs office. We are not liable or responsible for customs duties or for compliance with import regulations.

All transit times are standard transit times. Delivery times may be longer for shipments to islands and rural or inaccessible areas and due to special import regulations depending on the country of destination. Shipments with dutiable goods may have longer transit times due to customs processing!
