Does dyeing cause hair damage?

In principle, dyeing the hair does not cause hair loss. However, dyeing does significantly affect the quality of the hair. Therefore, you should ensure that the hair is healthy, the preparations used are as gentle as possible, and the dye isn’t applied too frequently.
If you chose an entirely different colour to your natural hair colour, then you should only regularly re-apply colour at the roots. Coloured hair always needs intense care. After dyeing, a conditioner should be applied, preferably Thymuskin Hair Balm Rinse.

Is it true that egg white and beer are good for the hair?

For centuries, egg yolk or beer were used on the hair after washing. Certainly, egg white and beer have a positive influence on the hair stem, making the hair sleeker and improving its shine. They have no effect on hair loss or hair growth. There are also major disadvantages (stickiness and smell), making it more advisable to opt for commercially available preparations or special care products.

I’d like to have a perm, but as a woman with thin, dry hair that falls out during washing, I wonder whether a perm would be too damaging.

I’m female and find that my scalp becomes greasy very quickly, causing me to wash my hair every day. What can I do to combat this?

A scalp that becomes greasy quickly is caused by increased secretion of the sebaceous glands. The causes for this are only partly known. Alongside hereditary factors, hormones, emotions and neurological disorders also play a part. In order to determine the best treatment for you, we recommend that you consult a dermatologist and commence application of Thymuskin shampoo.

Is there a product available to make the hair grow more quickly - I have no problems with hair loss or similar complaints?

The speed and rate of growth of the hair has a genetic basis and differs in terms of the region (of the head), usually amounting to around 0,34 mm per day. There are no known hair products that speed up the rate of hair growth.
